Can i eat pasta and not fuck my test or other hormones ?

Was wondering if it is possible for me to eat pasta like 2 times a week and still grow bones normally, not fuck up my hormones and gut health

Nothing will happend to your gut health from macaroni or pasta or similar food like this, just try to eat maybe 2 or 3 time a week max of it
