Hey, so i have decent palate but my morals teeth are bit narrow so when im mewing whole day they lowkey hurt bc theres less place for tongue, can i expand then? Also a palate expander or Marpe? And what do i need to say to my ortho

Yo bro i kinda forgot about this thread, i have 36 mm intermoral widht, the thing is my mid face looks narrow and by expanding i want to widen it, i feel like mse would ascend me like crazy. I did researched a bit since then about all that expanders
