Tretinoin and basic skincare for hair i found the shampoo which suited me and then experimented for like 3 months wich hair style suite me accutane to slim nose and clear skin tried to do facial exerices but those are cope , ate 1,3 k calories with 40 mins stairmaster , hgh which pushed me from 1,81 to 1,90 cm in a year every one can do it trust me

Idk man, I do look 16 and have always been kinda of a "late bloomer", buy my wrist X ray showed plates are fused

Yeah it worked for my hairtype but every person has unique needs u just need to try a lot of diffrent things
