dnr this is dumb as fuck, get double jaw surgery. adding muscle to ur jaw will just make you look bloated.

it's more than likely nothing you did, just a combination of poor genetic/epigenetic factors. was your face downgrown in pictures of you as a young child?

I’m still really early on in puberty, so will I be able to do much about it and increase my potential or is it over

No puberty can not rotate the maxilla only thing that can happen is that it can get even worse

fix ur tongue posture asap even if it doesn't direct CCW growth (which it does) it still will fix ur double chin, put your tongue on your incisive papilla, swallow and keep your tongue there.
