Can i fix my eyes

Is there a real way to fix ur eye area/tilt? i always see ts online about pulling ur eyes and blinking or sum bs and i that sounds pretty retarded so is their a real way to fix it or is it just genetics. idk if this is useful but i have a negative tilt.
