Hey everyone. I've got around 20k saved up for surgeries and I'm unsure what surgeries to start with. I've only been on here for a few months and can't seem to figure out what would fix my lower third exactly. I'm really hoping implants or fillers could be enough, but if not let me know. Thanks.

Your face isn't forward grown at all - meaning you wont be able to get a large advancement with bimax

you will never have a mogger lower third, you have to accept it

Appreciate the info there. I kind of had a feeling I'd have to cope with it, but it's good to know for sure now.

Are you high body fat? Do you have a belly or six pack abs? If you are high body fat, that is why your jaw looks like that. The jaw tends to look more defined and more attractive when men are leaner. Being fat can give you a fat face and a jawline that looks recessed because of the fat that it carries.

You're already good looking imo, not majorly recessed, just gymmax.

Yeah I'm pretty high body fat rn. Been bulking cause I used to be Auschwitz mode. I guess I feel like even when I was lean, I didn't love my lower third. People would call me triangle face and shit. Here's a pic of me like 3 or 4 years ago sorry for quality and the douchey earring (also before and after 40 pound weight gain). I also had a rhino that's why my nose looks bigger.

My beard comes in a bit patchy. I might just take the money I thought could fix my lower third and just spend it on maybe beard transplanting.

I'll have to take gymmaxing more seriously if that's how I can improve. Thanks for the input buddy.

Ok so you're definitely recessed, maybe your dentist would tell you that medically you're fine but the reason why you are recessed is because your chin is in a perfect straight line with your forehead, here is my great side profile to give you an idea of what you should look at least look like for a good lower third. As you can see, my chin is not in a straight line with my forehead, there is a very big slope throughout my entire skull, that makes me look more attractive and more dominant.

First you should find out if you are recessed or not by asking your dentist, if you're not, then you're going to have to find a surgeon that can do a Lefort surgery to move your jaw. And if you are recessed, then you can get a double jaw surgery and that will fix your problem.

Good point. I haven't visited the dentist with the intentions of discussing recession yet so would be a good convo to have. I'll get on that soon and then save more money if need be for jaw surgery. Thanks man.

Never really thought that I did but it's something I should revisit. Probably will have to get lean to max unshaven look.

You only need around 5000$ for a double jaw surgery, or if you have an insurance it may even cost you nothing. My dad paid for mine with his insurance, the only thing that cost money was the orthodontic treatment I had to do with braces beforehand for 1 year, my parents paid for that too.
