Sorry I didn't describe it very well.
I mean fill in this area, like the woman in the photo, I have hollowing in that area ( I did upper eyelif filer so now the upper eyelid is less exposed elsewhere but in that spot its recessed,

Yes.

Volume can be restored in the superior sulcus of the eyelid, within the superior tarsal fold, to conceal recession. The upper orbital rim can be treated, within the ocular fat pad that sits under the brow, to help give the illusion of having more projection and the appearance of deep-set eyes.

This area can be treated either with hyaluronic acid, or grafted with fat. Both have their advantages and disadvantages.
