Also bro can you help me out with BS? How do I hit my ramus and gonion areas? Some people say the skin turns red, while others say it swells up—how much should I apply, and how will I know when it’s turned red? I’ve done BS about 5–10 times so far, and I’ve been applying 400 taps of medium-firm intensity to each area. PLS HELP
