Can I fool my bloodwork while it still beeing useful to me ?

Pre info im 17
my doctor is best freinds with my mum (she will prob tell on me)
So im on Test 180-250mg weekly
I have my first bloodwork in 6 weeks

Now my test already was around 950ng/dl before so the Test dose im currently on wont push it much higher
The Problem is the Fsh Shbg and Lh they will be nuked prob

Now the Question does anybody know how and if i can use Clomiphene to bring those markers in a somewhat normal direction
and are the rest of the markers still usable ?

Id much appreaciate it if sb could tell me how i have to time it

she can legally do it im 17 and im harming my self (if she wants to see it that way) and she perscribes me anything i ask so i do want to keep her as my doc

if worse comes to worse, she'll prolly prescribe you PCT and tell you to stop taking test
