Can I fraud with just genioplasty?

Yes, I know I would need DJS first since I'm kinda recessed, but it's extremely expensive and I'm also a bodybuilder so the long recovery would fuck me up entirely.
Do you think a sliding genioplasty could possibly still improve me (not expecting crazy shit)?
I've also tried getting ai simulations of genioand it would ascend me but I don't know how reliable these can be

no functional issues luckily, but I'm worried I might end up looking silly with some huge mentolabial fold with just genio
