I've been eating meat every once in a while now but I don't notice any noticeable changes in my face.
I know I should eat meat regularly but it's not possible for me.
I don't sleep enough and neither do I exercise.
Can I gain bonemass and make my chin better with changes in diet or is it just genetics?
