I can't stand having 13 inch arms, but I'm also like 35ibs overweight. Should I cut with high protein, or slight bulk? I'm a relatively new lifter, never been consistent for more than 2 months. Am I just gonna have to bite the bullet and become super fat or wait another 4 months to be skinny again?

Any former skinnyfatcels with advice?

Height and weight would help. Depends how patient you are, if you eat at maintenance and lift for a year you could recomp well like adding 10lbs of mass and bodyfat will decrease a bit.

when do noob gains end?

yes

it's the only way

Didn't even watch but it's probably bs. 200mg of test for 12 weeks if you train hard and eat at maintance high protein will net you around 5lbs of lean body mass.
