ur a MLTN-HLTN maxilla super recessed (but good on u for getting trimax) assymetrical, pale ,bad skin ur super jacked but i feel like ur chest insertions are a bit low and u dont see to have any discernible abs, still wide frame lots of mass and with the surgery ull look way better, id say potential to go MMTN be sure to leanmax and do cardio
