Can I get a larger brow ridge at 17 without surgery?

I quite like most of my skull shape, except my neanderthal chin (which I can just fraud with facial hair anyways), and the brow ridge. But the brow ridge is something i simply just cant get over because i cant cover it up

Its so weak and womanly, its as if god god made it small just to fuck with me

Will it grow on its own with age? Or is this it, or can i do something to make it grow?

You need jaw surgery. You have a hapsburg jaw. Browridge is the least of your concerns.
