I have 89-90% frontal harmony
How can i achive low cl only surgery or leaning down will ascend me to that point ?

The only thing that fuck my frontal harmony i have a 1.8 chin to philtrum ratio even that is not that bad 2-2.5 chin to philtrum ratio would be better and my jaw is a bit narrower then ideal
