Good also use tretinoin+hydrocortisone your nose looks good enough to softmaxx you dont need rhinoplasty with tretinoin and hydrocortisone you can shrink it down by 30-40% depending on how inflamed it is also tretinoin is good for your skin and its basically the weaker version of accutane

No but from these pics your nose doesn't look bad its not bad enough for rhinoplasty you just need good softmaxxes but idk your nose shape because you are taking 3/4th pics can you send a better pic of your nose from the side

Lowkey rhinoplasty would be good but i wouldn't say you are fully in need of it i would say try softmaxxing it w topical hydrocortisone and tretinoin if you dont like the results then get rhink
