Stop squinting so much and the only thing you can really do is lose more weight and chew gum to train the jaw muscles other than that your fucked look into hardmaxxing

Don't worry about ratings bro that's not the focus here. your palate is quite obviously narrow. You can expand your palate a tiny bit without hardmaxxes, depending on your age and other factors. Most will call it cope, but do all that thumbpulling and myofunctional stuff anyway, can't hurt to try it.

yep. hardmaxxing is risky as hell, even ortho can fuck you up. at least softmax to your fullest extent before you consider hardmaxxing. and for gods sake let yourself finish developing before you go about life altering changes to your body.

Well ofcourse i ain't doing surgery before im at least 18 but i dont see any problem with an palate expander for example
