You can definitely softmaxx with a skincare routine but that isn't enough on its own you need to do more or your smv will stay the same even with better skin.

tbh you look like a cuck atm, very little dimorphism but you're only 15. My passport is a photo of me when I was 16 and I looked like shit, now i'm 20 you can still tell it's me but my face developed a lot more (jaw, brow ridge, etc). I would say just wait until you're at least 19 for a proper rating as your face should mostly be done developing by then.
