I will try my best to improve my looks, the surgery is just to mutch money for me, i have been struggling with the way i look for all of my life, i really tought that i had made a difference but i see that i really need to improve way more, thanks for the tips

Not much you can do without surgery tbh, you can browse the forum to see what you can do.
Im pretty sure there will be some advices that you can follow.
