could i get rated pls facial and physical (I think im lltn to mltn-) and get some much needed advice willing to hardmaxx no frauding in the pics only tongue posture also my face is quite bloated due to nasal reconstructment surgery( so i posted a previous front profile pic )from a few days prior can you also please rate the change from before also sorry for the grainy quality for some of the pics praying to gandy i can ascend and beat the perils of insecurity
