alr im gonna give you some advice js like my post, since ive been lurking here for awhile before I even made this account

You're abit assymertical what I recommend right now is jaw training, I know it sounds cope but you're 14 lmao evreything works on you, I recommend hard mewing too basically just push your tounge up on the roof of your mouth as hard as you can do that for 5 minutes for optimal forward growth

starting from now you chew hard, foodss, its optimal for bone growth, for your nose since your 14 just do nose excersises it might be cope but just stick to it, your hair is good, but more on the sides

Bhai im inlove with your eye area, you got good brows, but a negative tilt its chilling tho its not that bad, curl your lashes

neck curls keep your neck trained, while chin tucks keep your hyroid up, if you want a more define neck and hyroid then yes

I recommend doing them with intensisty, not just spamming them

I did gym for three months but i broke my hand and i couldnt do any more ,but when ill recover ill start again.I did 5 times a week after school with the ppl×arnold routine

its fine bro, I was just as lost as you, I started doing this shit early 2025 and ive learned alot tbh

ill g ive you some misc advice:

if yo uwanna use ai for looksmaxxing use deepseek instant, and ask it to look through looksmax.org threads (unlike chat gpt deepseek already knows you're capable of doing it yourself, chat gpt just doesnt tell you how to do shi, thats how I learned the most)

Also do you have a split ill give you one to follow? something more optimal

a gym split, if you have time you can read this, just try to get the basic elemetns of it


there are multiple splits, such as fb, ppl, do some research on gym stuff first, but its good that you started

me rightnow(my left hand was broken and i lost some muscle mass but i will get back to the gym once i fully recover)
