i live in turkey. i can go straight to the psychiatrist.
idk man life started to feel like an uphill battle. i started to question the reasons of my existance.
everything in this life is either about money or looks. and i have neither of them.

GP is a general practitioner. I don't know how the system works in Turkey but just get someone that will refer you to a psychiatrist or go directly to a psychiatrist.
Having been on SSRI's myself I'll recommend against them. They have loads of short term side effects and quite a few long term side effects too. You see an increased risk of suicide too from people taking them. When I took SSRI's I had insomnia, and then I finally would asleep I could sleep I'd be extremely tired the day after even if I'd slept a good amount of hours.
I've had a lot more come from talking to an older male psychologist (with lots of credentials) than I have from pills or psychiatrists.
The life of 95% of people is an uphill battle. The blackpill has just shown you this.
I'll also remind you that both money and looks can be obtained even if you aren't born with them.
This video has helped me a lot too, it's kind of basic but it gives some mental frameworks and tools that are often overlooked.

i know what you mean.
mom said the opposite, she couldnt sleep before them, she said she used 1 pack 2-3 years ago and she said she is sleeping really well to this day.
i dont know maybe it could work but i am still going to a be a poor sub5 male at the end of session.
mine feels like its even more harder than the average person's.
