You should consult with a few surgeons and then compare what they say, but very few surgeons are going to be open to just doing what you tell them to do, although I have heard of that happening. You can message Dr. Cansiz's office on whatsapp, send them pictures/xrays, and do an online consult, but he doesn't really like to speculate on specific movements without seeing actual CBCT scan and pictures that he's taken himself. He will probably want you to see him in person for another consult, even if you do one online. But maybe if you send him a full CBCT scan you can get more specifics from him.

He won’t even look at the CBCT scan you send to him. He’ll only tell you the specifics once he has scanned you himself, taken photos etc and you have paid for planning.
