why would you get either? Lefort wouldnt ascend you that much because your bones are already pretty good even though your maxilla is downgrown.
Butf you had to decide i would get rather lefort, paranasal would look like shit because your chin would be behind and it would look like you have an insane overbite...
But with lefort you need some ccw, it would increase risk for everything and for you the risk to benefit is really high.

Bro do you have an unfrauded front pic? i dont think you really need surgery at all, it sounds like you have high body dysmorphia.

I am 6’2 one photo is from a moddeling casting and second is just at a festival these are as unfraufed as I can get

I see how canthoplasty could ascend your eye area because your main flaw is negative canthal tilt but the rest of the eye area like eye shape, deep setness and eyebrows are very good. If you would get canthoplasty it might be good if the surgeon also reduces your negative eyelid hooding (upper blephastory) but only minimal.
You have slight nasiolabial folds because of your downgrown lower maxilla but it is not really that bad to consider lefort 1 because of the risks and the price.

For me I would also optimally need lefort 1 with infra and supras but it isnt worth it because my life wouldnt get significantly better than if I put that money in other things like traveling or getting a motorcycle.

If you want to become a full time model I can understand why you would want the surgeries but if I was you I wouldnt worry about it.
The canthoplasty has in my opinion the best reward, the main risks are getting botched or nerve damage.
Lefort 1 has a low reward, much higher risk of getting botched and good probability of nerve damage, revisions, occlusion problems, condylar problems etc.... also no combat sports for 1-2 years.

Dude, youre 6'2, your face in motion is a strong mhtn-hhtn. Just take care of the skin with sunscreen and retinoids and hair with minoxidil and finasteride. What is your plan with the ascension, do you want to model or is it dating life or in general?

First of all I love you, I love this response truly a good user, so basically I had my face completely melted and I had to grind in order to try fix it so it’s just an insecurity I just really want to look my best self, do you use discord or anything so we can keep in touch
