Can I get bimax even with perfect bite?

I realized the importance of the lower third, something I really lack in. It’s recessed and my gonial angle sucks. My chin is also thin as well as my mandible. What surgeries should I get for all these issues. All my stats where given to my zygos instead of my lower third
