Can I get black hair?

I have medium blonde hair, and not that dark eyebrows but I am 17 and my beard has started to grow and it’s full black in color. Does this mean my hair and eyebrows will probably turn darker?

Well when i was in 7th grade my eyebrows were red, now they’re black
But ur hair prob wont turn darker
