Can I get by without canthoplasty?

I'm not sure if I should get canthoplasty, from what I've seen it barely changes the tilt angle. I don't want to waste that much money on a surgery that will not fix my problem. Anyone got any experience with the results and risks?

Also please don't mention my poop colored eyes, I know it's not ideal but it it what it is. I don't feel like wearing color contacts for the rest of my life.

I had a great experience with cantho. Canthoplasty isnt meant to make big changes anyway.

People around you wont be able to pinpont that you have had surgery if it's well performed. It will neutralize your cantal tilt if it's not severe negative, improve the 'heavy' eyebag appearence when squinting and fix sclera show while resting your face. Looks like alot of change, but it's very subtle, specially because you probably lightsquint all the time anyway, I also feel that my eyes looks way more aesthetic lightsquinting now than before.

If you have the money for it and doesnt have other priorities, it's a good surgery if well performed.

Your eyes are downturned, you would benefit from cantho. But have in mind it probably wont impact heavily your looks.

Would you willing to DM me results? I believe you but I've personally not been able to find any real convincing changes online myself.

May I also ask how much you payed for it? I've been finding varying prices and I'm not sure what's a realistic range.
