I want to keep the front part at the length it is but dont know what to do with the back. The length it is but gradually going to bald at the neck ? Other way around maybe ?

I was wondering if i should go from the length it is behind the ear to buzzed going down to the neck or the length it is at the neck going up to buzzed behind the ear
