I dont think you’ll be able to get hollow cheeks without being auschwitz maxxed.

Pretty good though I’d say 6/10 HTN you need to abandon that patchy facial hair growth ASAP and stick to clean shaven and keep it that way or regrow it all evenly.

Your jaw isn’t narrow I just think your neck is too skinny, bulk up that neck son.

Also please take pictures with bathroom lighting, flash pictures in the dark make anyone looks worse and oily.

Nah you usually would want your neck and jaw to align. Your jaw also is not small dude your ramus is almost at a 90 degree angle which usually means you have a larger jaw.
