Can i get hormonal problems like low masculine hormones, low T and ED mid puberty?

....What do you think, brother? For reference, I have an ogre skull, deep voice, wide clavicles (due to lifestyle optimization, regular exercise, and decent diet since infancy), but had low T symptoms when I was living an unhealthy lifestyle/insomniac during my final years of puberty such as low drive and emotional instability.
