Can I get in trouble for this

I’m ordering from IndiaMart and I don’t want my parents to snipe the package and open it so I was thinking about putting a friend’s name on it because they aren’t the type of people to open other people’s mail. But I just want to see if there is something I’m forgetting about. Also would it be better to just use general delivery?

you can leave delivery notes to leave it in a place and then you go get it, or deliver it to a po box. Or use your friend's name, all pretty viable options

Why don't you just ask that friend if you could send the package to his house with the name of another friend, just in case his mom wants to check it with yours
