can i get marpe at 14?

so today i went to a normal dentist for a tooth checkup he said its fine blah blah but i do have a baby tooth which hasnt come out yet for some reason and my molar has already come up but its completely straight?? idk dude but the important thing is he said one side of my pallet is slanted inwards and it can cause jaw problems and i asked abt marpe he said my pallet is kinda thin and gave me a referral to a orthodontist and im scared im to old for marpe also he didnt even know what marpe was the dude said "you mean braces?" when i brang up my pallet and marpe but all of this aside he was pretty good but what i need to know is can i get marpe at 14 ill be getting a cbct scan soon but just so i can sleep peacefully tonight what is the chances of marpe
