erm guys, so i want to get mse (self explanatory) but i also need to get twin block appliance. i was just wondering if it’s physically possibly to have both appliances in your mouth at the same time and then still being effective.

dont listen to these fucks twin block will work may not be as effective but can still work at 15 especially if you are recessed highly recommend getting MSE first then twin block

mse NOTICEABLY widens your nose and my nose is already bulbous and wide, secondly i plan to just use a palate expander
