for reference I’m 15 yo and got diagnosed at 1. I’ve had heaps of problems and for some periods of time had a very high average blood glucose. Is there any chance of a doctor prescribing me Hgh to make up for this loss of igf-1 during adolescence which I believe is the leading factor in me being 164cm at 15, plus I’ve had delayed puberty, starting to go through jt a bit now but much later than average. For those who don’t know, having a high blood glucose damages the translation of Hgh to igf-1 which leads to below average levels of it in majority of type 1 diabetics who had it during adolescence.
