Hey guys, please don't mind the pimples, I want you to focus the attention on my forehead's wrinkles, I am 22 years old, pretty good skin condition, never done any skincare routine other than washing the face with face soap once a week (I use water only everyday cause i don't want soap near my hairline), I might have dry skin on cheeks and forehead.

LONG STORY SHORT: Can I get rid of wrinkles on my forehead? If so, can you please recommend how?

JFL this is not good skin. Acne in that area means high stress or poor diet. Looks like a greasy palate to me. You don’t really have wrinkles you need to go outside first before you will start getting them

op listen this is important do you know some people got rid of their wrinkles by sleeping 8-9 hours a day

also drink water and eat healthy

also use sunscreen and apply retin A daily

and take collagen peptides along with Vit C powder and msm to collagen max

also visit your dermatologist For facial or chemical peel

Cleanse exfoliate and moisturise plus retinol or vitamin C for wrinkles and consider niacinamide for your spots/oily skin

1. I never have acne, that is a rare day.
2. I have a heathy diet most of the times.
3. I dont really understand my skin type, I think its dry cause every time I get out of the shower it gets dry and I can see some dead skin coming off, sometimes my skin gets reddy just out of the shower.

Nice ruddy skin is attractive and signal health

what you mean by healthy diet? If you eat suger and a lot of carbs than you are not healthy

also do you even have skincare routine?

People say it help, I don’t have experience with it bro I’m sorry

also do you take supplements?

I think these are his most realistic solutions

I sleep around 8 hours and drink at the very least 2+ litres of water.

No, red skin after shower its not healthy, its called ECZEMA. It only lasts for like 10 minutes, then it fades away.

I dont get much sugar in apart from 1 banana and some honey every day, but I eat pizza once/twice a week. I eat healthy 90% of the times, tho. I need carbs cause I have to bulk up :(.

Maybe I should just get on a skincare routine? Do you think those wrinkles can go away?

i've been using retin a for a while now + skinoren, but my skin is still not perfect, do you think i'd benefit from facial peel or is it unnecessary when on retin a

@eduardkoopman Would much appreciate your help in here.

Do you shower with hot water? if yes then switch to cold/luke-warm

And you can try retin-a, moisturizer, sunscreen, the wrinkles might not get away but it will prevent more wrinkles appearing or atleast slow down future aging of skin
