I have a deviated septum, and even though having the palette of a 5yo is fucking up my airway more, my parents will refuse to pay for any expansion (I don't believe in substantial aesthetic benefits from it, I need it to breathe better) but they are willing to get me septoplasty consults.
My nose is a bit big (luckily it's leptorrhine, but it has a small bump, almost straight) so I want to get a rhinoplasty on top of it. It doesn't look that bad in actual photos/the mirror but in selfies--especially close ones--it makes me incredibly insecure. I'm pretty sure septoplasty is covered by insurance in most cases, but is septorrhino? Also would like to know who are the best surgeons for it in the US (health insurance will be covering me hopefully)
