Currently, I am 17 years and 9 months, standing up at 172cm/5`8, my dad is 178-179cm/5`10.5 aprox and my mother is 165cm/5´5.
On my first 1-2 years of puberty i probably didn´t grow more than 12cm in one year and since that i have been growing 1-2cm per year. I been most of this years with bad alimentation and sleep, and got a double knee injury at 12 but i grew since then. Also, my almost 14yo brother is 169cm/5´7 aprox with big hands and feet and long ñimns (wich migth indicate elevated potential heigth). A few month ago i got a ray-X for some reassons and was told i can still grow a bit, I am also 30%bf aprox and i want to know if i can make it to 175/5´9 or 177/5,10. Thanks
