Can I get the appearance of a taller ramus by getting surgery to make my ear higher set?

Seems like a much easier step than to get ramus/gonion implants which would fuck up your gonial angle and turn you into a block jaw

What? I unironically didn't know this I thought it was just soft tissue and could be moved around easily like otoplasty. Fuck me
