Problem is most people are recommending me bimax surgery which I feel is not necessary because my maxilla isn't recessed only my lower jaw is.thats why I'm asking if bsso could yield the above-mentioned result.

bsso would also change ur maxilla , u didnt change it in ur after pic. u just changed ur lower jaw and that type of transformation can be done with orthogantic surgery/mandible lengthening surgery
