i am in no position to give surgical advice to anyone. im 15 with no education regarding facial aesthetics/medicine besides random garbage i see on .org. in my opinion, bimax. but hey, what do i know. take it with a grain of salt

no u simulated a bsso cause you also moved your lower lip and mentolabial forward, to simulate a genioplasty u need to only move the chin without touching anything else
