distortion is at play, but jaw is definitely too narrow. thin upper lip. genuinely doesnt even matter tho if u lean down with ur eye area.

I'm planning on getting lean and then possibly getting implants to fix jaw width

Both of those things I guess,the thing is some people (like yourself) say I have htn potential others say I'll barely be mtn.i get disheartened and discouraged when I think about my effort not paying off so I start eating to cope.

My opinion get fillers if you aren’t rich becuz you can keep them for a year and opt for implants after filler is much easier to get and it’s decent result
