You have quite a long face already... itll look even longer when you lose the weight. Jaw/cheekbone implants will widen it slightly but you need the jaw implant to equal your facial 3rds. Not sure if your face will look disproportionatly long tho... something to think about. Focus on losing the weight for now and post again once you have. You also look quite young, final phase of puberty you gotta pray blesses you. equally a beard when you develop one will likely help your lower 3rd.

I'm planning on losing weight, getting jaw surgery for forward grown mandible and chin projection,after healing I'll get jaw implants to fix stuff like short ramus,high gonial angle, straight mandible etc

It's a good idea, you're clearly well read on it. But if you're pakistani I dont know where you plan to get 60k from for these surgeries...

Yeah they would be cheaper. But the surgeons will be worse, leading to higher risk of malformation, infection, etc. It's probably still 10kusd+ for all the things you're wanting. Even as a high tier earner in pakistan you'd be earning <500usd will likely take you 5/10 years of dedicated saving.
