I am 16, 5,10, 145lbs and roughly 19-22% bodyfat, skinnyfat, been lifting for a while on and off, because of late puberty I couldn't build muscle
I am half Arab half white
my max bench is 145, max curl is 40lb, and max pull ups is like 9, I am nueorlogically adapted to every lift on my program
So, my goal is to get to claviculars level of muscle, not exactly leaness but just level of muscle mass.
My plan is to train in a slight caloric deficit while eating plenty of protein on an optimal program, until July.
Then in July or August, I will inject 300mg of testosterone Enanthate per week for 4 months, and keep working out, in a slight caloric slurplus because the fat will probably be stripped off, but definitely not gaining excess fat
Could I get to roughly 80-90% of claviculars level of muscle mass by November by doing this
