Ill be honest, you look pretty gaunt. Stop mewing so hard, as soon as you took a breath you looked instantly better. also you looked pretty good in the before photo, you looked healthier even a bit lean, in the after you just look weak and frail.

IMO, You shouldve taken reta after working out and packing muscle, i don't see a reason to why you took it in the first place.

Lean is law doesn't apply to everyone, sadly it doesnt really apply to you right now, Some people look their best at around 17% body fat, because the fat they store enhances their appearance (Neck, chest, Thighs etc.) . I'am being completely honest with you
