Can I grow a significant amount if I start taking HGH and AIs at 16 soon 17?

Guys would it still be worth it if I start a cycle of HGH and AIs when I'm 16 and 8 months old and my bone age is between 16 and 17? (I have an x-ray of my hand)

Can I still grow a significant amount in like 1 year?

if done properly, maybe 3-4 inches? but the range is very broad. it could be anywhere from 2 to 10 inches imo
