Can I grow Taller at my Current stats

I’m 16 My dad is 5.7 and my mom’s 5.3 I am 5.8 at 16 I want to grow taller but I don’t know how to. I feel like I’m not growing anymore but I also want to hit 6 foot I heard you stop growing 18-21. What can I do to maximize my height. I take a lot of vitamins and nutrients and I workout daily. Sleep I’m working on as currently I get 6 hours and an additional 2 after grade 11 but I will start sleeping more. I just need something that works in making me grow taller.
