Can I grow taller with HGH at 18?

I’m 18 and 6’3.5, I want to grow taller for basketball, I play college ball but want to play pro.

Being 6’5-6’7 would improve my chances a lot

My growth plates ARE still open (x ray)
I can’t take HGH during the next school year because they test for NCAA rules obviously

I’m wondering if I can take it during the summer just to trigger a small 2 inch growth spurt and what that would look like??
