It seems like my growth plates are closed since I haven't grown taller in a while.

Could I still grow taller/better frame. Could I even get a better face.

If you're an Amerimutt probably not worth spending the money to get it checked. But if not it could be worth it to see if you can get it checked by your doctor. But if you're nearly 20 there is a very good chance they are closed. If they are closed you still improve your perceived height with correcting posture and shoelift fraud. Correcting posture is very over looked, bad posture can honestly make you look 5cm shorter.
