I am a 14 year 1 month old male at 5'8.5 morning height my mom is 5'4.5 my dad is 5'5 (I am a jeet) what would be my likely adult height range I am trying to optimise the most out of my height i eat 4 eggs 1 litre milk with grain sludge and i expose myself to the sun for 1 hour and I usually sleep 9 hours each day from 8:00 pm to 5 am and also I get some morning sunlight after waking up for cardiac rhythm
