Can I hard chew with a jaw trainer?

My goal is to guide bone growth w hard chewing but ik it's mostly the masseter being trained. I already happen to have a jaw trainer and don't want to spend on mastic gum.

muscules wont give u the look of flared gonions will js make u look like a bloated chipmunk

do it with foods that are hard instead +don't expect bone growth, ur goal is bone growth which hard chewing is basically useless

yeah but bone is still being trained and the masseter muscle can shrink, no? i'm ok with looking ugly for a while if it leads to bone growth

it wont
to shrink u need to do botox
u chew food too unless u drink soylent for ur nutrients no point in training it
